She graduated from Fannin County High School and furthered her studies at Piedmont College and then Kennesaw State University, all while helping to manage her family’s land development business, bringing her experience in the field…including lot and land suitability, permitting, new construction, and even remodeling. After college, Julie took an interest in drafting and worked with several local builders in house plan design. It was then that she made a decision to obtain her real estate license, and she’s never looked back. She knew immediately that everything she’d done had led her to do exactly what she still loves today…helping her clients maneuver the real estate process, whether buying or selling. She is known as a top residential and commercial agent, with extensive experience in both.
Aside from her achievements and designations, Julie has been recognized with the Quality Service Award, has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, and has landed in Atlanta Magazine’s top 50 Agents multiple times. Julie clearly loves real estate, but her true passion is her family. She has three grown and thriving children. Courtney has recently finished her masters degree in accounting, is married and living in Pittsburgh. Collin is newly married and working with his mom in real estate, continuing the family business, and Carley is finishing her college career at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. Julie enjoys spending time with all of her “kiddos” including her four legged babies. She loves that she is still close to her parents and other family, most of which live locally. Although she enjoys a real estate project from time to time, and has experience in staging and design, she feels that is best left to her trusted colleagues, as her time is best spent one on one with her clients, doing what she does best…selling…and she hopes to make her hometown your hometown!
